On the occasion of World Elephant Day, our pre-primary classes came together for a special assembly dedicated to these magnificent creatures. The event aimed to instill a sense of appreciation and awareness about elephants and their importance in the ecosystem among our young learners. The assembly featured engaging activities such as storytelling, where children learned fascinating facts about elephants, their habitats, and the challenges they face in the wild. Additionally, a vibrant art session was held, allowing the little ones to express their creativity by creating elephant-themed art pieces. Teachers and students alike participated enthusiastically, with some even donning elephant costumes and masks to add to the festive spirit. The event concluded with a collective pledge by the children to protect elephants and support conservation efforts. This assembly not only celebrated World Elephant Day but also inspired the next generation to cherish and protect these gentle giants for years to come.
