The pre primary students of Amarjyoti Saraswati International School witnessed the joy ride in the Orientation Express which lasted for 3 days (4th April to 6th April, 2016) which were full of fun and frolic besides getting acquainted with the teachers and school. Children were welcomed with a ‘tikka at the Pre-Primary gate which was decorated with balloons and they were photographed with their parents as they entered the school. A packet of biscuit was also part of the welcome.
Children indulged in a lot of indoor and outdoor activities like dancing, colouring, tearing and pasting, hand printing, thumb printing, organised games, playing in the KG Park, etc. The puppet show enthralled the nursery children. A nourishing lunch snack was enjoyed by the students on all the days.
An album with a photograph of their first teacher and their first day at school was their gift at the end of the orientation programme.
