The effects of plastic on the environment are really quite devastating. While there are many steps to the banning of plastic bags based solely on their convenience, the damage to the environment needs to be controlled.
One of the biggest problems the environment faces is that once the plastic has been soiled, it ends up in the trash, which then ends up in the landfill or burned. Either solution is very poor for the environment.
In efforts to move towards a better future Amarjyoti Saraswati International school Pre primary section had held a BEST OUT OF WASTE competition for the moms.
In this competition the moms were asked to prepare anything using bottle caps. This activity helped to enhance not only creativity but also helped the moms and students understand the importance of recycling and reusing.
