Grand Parents Day Grandparents play an imperative role in the life of every child. They are the child’s support and their best friend. Grandparents pamper the kids more than the parents themselves and leave a lasting impression in child’s life. So it’s time to felicitate and honour the grandparents. The grandparents of Junior KG students were invited on 24-09-2016 to celebrate and acknowledge the role of grandparents and the special relationship they share with their grandchildren, by participating in activities leading up to Grandparents Day this year. The programme started with Diya lightening, followed by welcome dance and various other performances by the children. They also had fun by playing various games and dancing on the floor. Some of our teachers enacted “Pyaar Kal, Aaj aur Kal” which was very nostalgic for the grandparents. The grandparents were so overwhelmed that they thanked the school for the wonderful programme put up by the children. They felt that their grandchildren were in the right hands.
