International Yoga Day (2020)

The International Day of Yoga all over the world is celebrated on 21st June. This idea was proposed by our Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi. He said, “Yoga is an invaluable gift of India’s ancient tradition. It embodies unity of mind and body; thought and action; restraint and fulfillment; harmony between man and nature.

Amarjyoti Saraswati International Pre-Primary School, celebrated Pre- International Yoga Day on 20th June 2020 by the kids, family and teachers.
Mr. Jaysinh Sarvaiya was the keynote person of the event. He is in this field since 20 years and many yoga toppers are trained under his hands. He was there to guide.

Warm up exercises were taken and all the kids performed sitting and standing asanas, importance of these were explained simultaneously.The celebration concluded with synchronized recitation of shlokas

Regular practice of yoga will surely help our students achieve a better life, physically, mentally and spiritually as well.
