They protect us against diseases. It also gives us energy and vitamins.<br \/>\nOn 31st October, 2015, Amarjyoti Saraswati International School (Nursery Section) conducted \u201cMy Favourite Fruit Competition\u201d for nursery kids. The children got the opportunity to express and say something about their favourite fruit. Also they got to know about different fruit, their features and different colours of them.<br \/>\nThe participants activity said about their favourite fruit and all the parents also showed a lot of enthusiasm by making the props and preparing their child for the competition.<br \/>\nThe judges and teachers appreciated and applauded the performance of the participants and enjoyed the competition thoroughly.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As we know that fruits and vegetables are protective foods.
